The very good location of the park and the office buildings enables fast access to the city centre. Excellent contact with the Facility Manager and technical support from SPIE Building Solutions. A very nice, modern reception area, a nicely landscaped outdoor space.

The office premises are well maintained, finished as previously agreed. Shared areas are equipped with the necessary equipment such as: microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchen furniture in a modern style, and kept clean. Support from the person in charge of the building always follows on the same day as the request; the person is always helpful, willing to provide any information or commissioning of technical assistance.

A great convenience are public transport connections (PKM) allowing you to quickly get to the city center. For those travelling by car, driving in the opposite direction to the main commuter traffic avoids standing in traffic jams.
