The competition concerns the development of a detailed urban planning and architectural design of the Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu in Rębiechowo and the area development design, taking account of the guidelines resulting from the analysis of the potential land development and the developed programme premises as well as the guidelines for infrastructure.
The aim of the competition is to select a concept that fulfils to the maximum extent the programme premises and allows the creation of a concept of a functionally coherent business park with associated functions as well as offices of a wide range of classes, including the A class of top standard.
