On 4 March 2010, the decision issued by the President of the City of Gdańsk on the construction permit for the first phase of the BCB Business Park project became valid.

On 11 September, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o., the company contracted to draw up the architectural design of the BCB Business Park, presented the ‘Development Study’ of the whole area of the future investment.

On 15 June, the agreement was officially signed for drawing up the documentation of the BCB Business Park project in Gdańsk Rębiechowo with a well known Pomeranian designing firm, Grupa Projektowo-Inwestycyjna BASS Sp. z o.o.

The highlight of the competition was the exhibition of submissions with a banquet organised by the Management Board at the Haffner Hotel on 16 May. The deadline for filing submissions was 10 April. BCB funded awards for the total of PLN 225 thousand.
