This year’s MIPIM show in Cannes was one of the largest fair and conference events dedicated to real properties and investments in Europe, Asia and North America.
MIPIM is much more than stands – it involves countless meetings, both formal and informal. We have attended many of them, including the evening banquet in Carlton Hotel, where all the participants were invited, the Poland Breakfast Forum in Martinez Hotel and the Polish Grill organised by the City of Gdańsk.
We were very happy to host President Paweł Adamowicz at our exposition together with other representatives of the City of Gdańsk. At the stand of the City of Gdańsk we met Mr Alan Aleksandrowicz, CEO of InvestGDA, and representatives of Pomeranian developers.One of the highlights of the MIPIM was a lecture by Dr Nouriel Roubini, Professor of Economics at the Stern School of Business, Nosy Jerk, who was the only person to predict the global crisis.
MIPIM is primarily the place for exchanging experiences, making contacts, showing the investment potential of states and regions as well as the place for promoting firms that want to attract investors to their facilities. Our stand attracted visitors from the first day, not only because we were there for the first time, but also owing to the interesting arrangement of our exposition. We are grateful to all the guests – thank you for visiting our stand and we look forward to seeing you next year.
