On 4 March 2010, the decision issued by the President of the City of Gdańsk on the construction permit for the first phase of the BCB Business Park project became valid. It marked the end of the one-year designing process and administrative procedures involved in the largest commercial investment in Gdańsk. The estimated outlays on the BCB Business Park will amount to PLN 500 m.

The B1 building is a four-storey modern and functional facility that offers 9,250 m2 office spaces for rent. The ground floor of the building will feature a public hall and, if required by the lessees, catering facilities of the area of 135m2. There will be an underground car park for 116 cars in the building, while other parking spaces for employees and guests will be located outside the building.

The construction of the first of the five office buildings will commence in Q3 2010. The first building is to be commissioned in Q4 2011.
