The project of the BCB Business Park in Gdańsk Rębiechowo was recognised by PIIM experts as the best real property project in the category of "Commercial Investment Projects in Poland".
We are very proud of this distinction. Members of the committee, who analysed our investment, indicted its good location in the vicinity of an airport, the adequacy of the hotel size to the demand and a reasonable size of the project as well as its capacity to adapt and adjust 5 office buildings owing to various options of their division. Members of the Paris International Investments Meetings are convinced that the BCB Business Park project will attract both domestic and international lessees.
